CASE STUDY 1
Business issue: Member association came to us with the challenge of an Association that has out grown the ‘volunteer approach’ and looking to more commercial solutions to support future growth plans utilising new technologies. Their in-house database, good basic functionality implemented some years back, is now taking considerable time to maintain, requiring hardware and IT support. There is no Online functionality or web access, and all member communication is by phone and hardcopy mail now proving to be expensive.
Solution: Implement our new product – 360DEGREES. This SaaS ( software as a service ) strategy provides a comprehensive interactive relationship between the structural organization and its members, on a 24/7 global basis, coupled with an exceptionally economical cost structure.

CASE STUDY 2
Business issue: Community Organisation providing government funded programs and individual support services to clients was challenged by the various reporting requirements and governance demanding on their financial and administrative staff, while program managers and field counsellors needed better access to information and documentation.
We designed and developed an interactive solution that provided support for all client service delivery, management reporting and analysis requirements with the necessary government reporting and governance.

CASE STUDY 3
Business issue: A few years ago, a major company in the health insurance industry came to us and explained their entrenched manual systems were so bogged down that they were unable to relate to, and co-ordinate with, their members and the third party agents who were the primary introducers of the client’s ultimate members.
A dilemma which was not easily resolved. Time was of the essence as the client was rapidly losing market share to a more nimble and flexible, array of competitors.
Solution: We designed an interactive application that provided a facility for the agents to connect to our client’s entrenched mainframe systems via an external networked membership application, supported by custom built data exchange tools which allowed securitized data exchange between the agents, our client and their members.
We provided a complete facilities management environment whereby over a period of 5 years the client migrated from a bogged down paper system to an On-line environment supporting over 1100 agents involving 150,000 plus members
